Sexual harassment awareness and prevention for all employees: terms, compliance policies and procedures, discrimination and sexual harassment laws, and strategies to prevent, respond to, and report. 1 hour total, delivered as four 15-minute modules with a quiz and a certificate of completion — easy to complete, easy to track.
Online Manager Course — $75/participant
For anyone who supervises people. This course covers the manager-specific layer: the manager's role and responsibility to uphold a safe working environment, clear protocol for addressing and intervening in sexual harassment complaints, and the investigation process and duties of a manager. Four 30-minute modules with a quiz and a certificate of completion.
Live Train-the-Trainer Workshop — $1,500
A 4-hour live workshop that prepares your internal trainers and HR staff to deliver harassment training themselves — sustainably, in your own voice. For HR teams that want the deeper version, a full-day or two-half-day train-the-trainer program adds the full curriculum, deck, resources, and workbook to run multiple sessions in-house; an 8-week certification course is also available to get key team members certified to conduct the training.
Custom & In-Person Programs — priced at consultation
Training designed for your workplace. The live format: typically 2–4 hours, custom-designed to align with your corporate culture and climate — your policies reviewed on-site, industry-relevant examples, delivered on-ground or online to groups from 5 to 300 employees, scheduled around your business operations. You get a full recap report, program evaluations, and completion certificates.

Does this satisfy Illinois harassment training requirements?
Yes — our Chicago-specific program is built to Illinois' requirement under Senate Bill 75 (now Public Act 101-0221), and the online employee course is designed to meet the Illinois compliance requirement.
