Leadership and Executive Programs

When the moment matters — a leadership transition, a fractured team, a room full of executives who need to hear something true — you want a facilitator with psychological training, not just a workshop plan.

Leadership Programs

Structured leadership development for managers and emerging leaders, built on the same skill-first method Dr. Peagram uses across all her work: practice the behavior, not recite the theory. Programs give leaders insight into their management style, leadership traits, and delegation skills — and support the curriculum or program already in place to build further momentum on what needs to happen next.

Program areas:

People-leadership fundamentals — feedback, accountability, difficult conversations
Motivational interviewing for managers — the evidence-based conversation method for behavior change, adapted for the workplace
Leading after conflict — for managers rebuilding a team after an incident
HR team training — sharpening the internal team that holds the culture together. Delivered as a coaching model for HR and Organizational Development staff: developing interactive content and building in activities that increase employee retention during internal trainings
Executive coaching — sessions for leaders and mid-level managers who want extra support building their skill set while focusing on career advancement; theory-based practice plus interactive learning, ending in attainable, concrete action plans

Executive Facilitation

Some meetings are too important — or too loaded — to run from inside. Dr. Peagram facilitates executive strategy sessions, board of directors meetings, strategic planning retreats, annual planning meetings, leadership offsites, organizational change initiatives, conflict resolution sessions, and crisis response meetings.

The positioning is neutrality: without organizational politics or competing agendas, an external facilitator creates an environment where every participant can contribute openly — guiding productive dialogue, redirecting emotional or repetitive discussion, navigating difficult conversations with professionalism and emotional intelligence, and helping leaders transition from discussion to action.

What an engagement includes: pre-meeting planning with leadership (objectives, outcomes, agenda, facilitation strategy); professional facilitation in the room with time management, conflict management, real-time redirection, and decision tracking; and a post-meeting Executive Meeting Summary — executive summary, key discussion points, decisions made, action items, assigned owners, timelines, risks, and recommendations.

Typical engagement formats: Executive Strategy Session (2 hours), half-day leadership facilitation, full-day executive facilitation, multi-day strategic planning retreats, and ongoing executive team facilitation.

A neutral, credentialed facilitator changes what people are willing to say in the room — and what they can hear. This pairs naturally with our remediation coaching when a team needs repair before it can plan.
